Trusted Advisor

Trusted Advisor is a members-only forum that addresses the complex concerns IT professionals face, providing easy-to-understand research that guides decision-making and offers a competitive advantage.

Who Can Join?

Anyone who is facing a problem or seeking an answer to a question in the Application Development and Maintenance space is free to join Trusted Advisor at no cost.

How Does it Work?
  1. At any time, Trusted Advisor members can submit questions to a backlog.
  2. Each month, members can vote on the question they would like to have researched from the backlog.
  3. The question with the most votes is then researched by DCG’s team of experts, resulting in a 2-5 page published report. Annually, DCG will package the reports in a publication format and provide a copy to all subscribers.

In order to participate, each member will be provided 42 credits on an annual basis. These credits can be "spent" voting on report topics and submitting questions to the research backlog. If more credits are desired, they can be provided at no cost.

All reports are available at no cost for members and non-members of Trusted Advisor.

The Trusted Advisor Anthology

Every year we compile the reports and produce an anthology, which are available in e-book and print formats. Currently three editions are available for purchase on Amazon - and you don't have to be a member of Trusted Advisor to buy them!
